About Me
I undertook my first studies in the field of psychology, my Undergraduate Degree, at Australia's #1 university, The University of Melbourne. Here I was trained by the most elite minds in the continent to be able to distinguish and diagnose the different mental disorders that exist and how these present themselves.
Upon the successful completion of my Undergraduate Degree, I went on to study a Graduate Diploma of Psychology, which gave me the opportunity to conduct my own experiment and write my own thesis based on the statistical results I found and analysed.
Subsequently, I have undergone a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology in Spain, which has trained me to treat a variety of issues ranging from minor life problems, such as low self-esteem and anger management, to mental disorders. For this reason, I am also able to provide psychotherapy sessions in Spanish, English and Greek.
My seven years of studies have morphed me into the skilled clinical psychologist I am today. However, it is my experience and therapeutic relationships that I have built with my clients over time that have allowed me to think beyond the mind of the scientist and relate to my clients as a human being. I do this not only as someone who can provide them with the help they need but also as someone who can understand and sympathise with them. In this way, my clients can always achieve the psychological catharsis they deserve.
